Your pay stubs
Where to find each paycheck, what the figures mean, and when your W-2 is ready.
Open My pay stubs. Every approved paycheck from your employer appears here after your employer approves the payroll.

| Item | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Gross pay | Your pay before tax, for the year so far (top) or for that pay date. |
| Taxes withheld | Federal, Social Security, Medicare and state tax taken out. |
| Take-home | What you receive after taxes and deductions. |
| Status: Approved | Your employer approved the payroll. Your employer pays you from its own bank. |
Your Form W-2
The page tells you when your W-2 for the year will be ready. Your employer provides it at year end.
If a figure looks wrong
Tell your employer. Approved payrolls are locked, so corrections are made in a later payroll by the payroll team.
